Reception has always been helpful ( face to face and over the pone ). They always look calm and not rushing around, which gives a very nice feeling when you come worried or afraid to see your doctor/nurse. Diane ( nurse ) is awesome. Makes it all smooth and friendly.

Continuity in the doc's/nurses seems to be a diff one each time and hence have to go over the issues each time. Not good if you have long term/chronic illiness.

I saw both nurse and doctor. I raised various things with both each of them was very helpful and dealt with all my queries efficiently and in a friendly manner. I am totally satisfied with the care I receive and have received.

Dr French, has looked after me during a very desperate time in my life. He has always listened to me, never interrupted me during a consultation. I have never felt judged or made to feel silly when I really needed help he referred me straight away to the appropriate services for help. A wonderful doctor!
